TÜV SÜD America Inc. announced that its PetroChem Inspection Services and Industry Service divisions will participate as a Silver Sponsor at the Global Refining Strategies Summit on October 29-30, 2009 at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
