Conflict of Interest Provisions

TÜV SÜD America Inc. offers consulting services for greenhouse gas inventories and carbon offset projects with the following provisions: 

• TÜV SÜD does not provide GHG consultancy to organizations where it conducts verification / validation for the same company.  
  
  
• TÜV SÜD does not conduct verification / validation for a company that it previously provided consulting to in the last two (2) years.  
  
  
• A conflict of interest check is conducted for each project.
